I have worked in Sussex, Surrey, Kent & Hampshire for
some 40 years achieving Senior Partner status for a large
West Sussex Chartered Surveyors practice.

My expertise extends to all matters relating to Agricultural Land and
Buildings with all aspects of the sale and purchase of property,
best use of assets and the Town & Country planning system.

I undertake a wide variety of work including rural planning applications, appeals and certificate of lawfulness. The success of any application is the skill of communicating and presenting the proposal in accordance with the Local Planning Authorities Plan Policies. Recent successful applications have included Farm Buildings, other matters such as Equestrian Sand Schools
& Stables, Diversification Schemes, Slaughterhouses & Leisure Issues.
